Description
Two layers of thin kunafa are used, with a large amount of whole pistachios. Arabic ghee is added and the dessert is sweetened with syrup. The unique preparation method presses the entire mold during cooking, giving the kunafa a delicious red color. When cut into small pieces, it takes on a beautiful shape. This dessert is served on all occasions and holidays, either as part of a selection of luxurious Arabic sweets or individually.
